I found Chris to be punctual, genuine and professional. Did not rush the job and explained any advisories simply and without any jargon. Was always polite although my dog barked through the whole appointment. There was a problem with the boiler which needed a new part, Chris called back to check it within 30 minutes of the phone call. Said if it still wasn't right to give him a call, gave me a price over the phone of labour and part, very fair and i chose the day to have the work done. I would definitely recommend his services again.
